Sorry but just got to let off some bloody steam somewhere,would do it with the missus but she would bitch slap me!!

I am a member & even a mod on a couple of BBing forums.
Well someone posted up some pics of a Natural guy who has won top natural bodybuilding comps etc & even has his own video out etc,i know some on here might think he looks sh#te, but that is fair enough,your not in2 the sport, but for some young 19 year old tw#t who thinks cause he weighs 18 stone & takes some roids now & again to say the natty guy looks :censored:

in the pics,is dieting wrong etc wtf???
Never even seen his own abbs in his life,never stood on stage,wouldnt know the 1st thing about dieting :no

One gym I used to go to they had quite a few BB's there. Some well known ones you might have heard of too - Mark Culimore.

Also that James McSweeny guy the MMA fighter trains there.

Yeah I think he was some sort of national champion at one stage right? There were pics of him up there. The gym was called Maximus. It was all hammer strength equipment so heavy duty. But they moved to Windsor and that was a bit far for me to travel to so I go to a local leisure centre now. The machines are not as good but it's ok still. Proper meat head place that was though. They had this one black guy whos name I can't remember but he like the front man for some suppliment and mens health magazine. Guys a beast!

Yeah i think he competed @ a really high standard ie worlds etc.

I know a couple of guys that train in a gym in Windsor,Monsters lol

That's probably the same one mate. Gallery Health (formely maximum) is one of the best if not the best in the SE imo.

One of the strangest threads ever on here,and that takes some doing!
The fact that someone would go on a bodybuilding forum anyway,add to the point that he got so pi$$ed off that he had to come on an LFC forum to rant about it..hilarious! :laugh:
