I've been told that the police set the whole thing up.  This guy supposedly didn't have a gun at all and the police wanted to kill him or jumped to conclusions and that the cop who was shot was shot by another police officer to cover it up and to make the fact they killed the guy justifiable.

Is there any truth in that?

Trying to make excuses for him.

He was well known to the police being an elder of the notorious broadwater farm estate, this is why he has this apparent respect and where all this " such a lovely family man" bullshite has come from.

He was a gangster, he shot at an undercover officer and was subsequently shot and killed by CO19 officers.

Dont worry lads, you tax payers will foot the bill. Its not a police or political problem, its a socirty problem - lack of respect for law and order and unwillingness to work to create income.

Lazy, thiefing, destructive tw@ts.

What do you mean by farm? Is that like a drug-growing place or something?

The broadwater farm estate is a social housing estate.

Basically it's low cost housing for the scummy families that are carrying out all the rioting.

Ahh ok I see.  Ya I definitely didn't believe that rumor as strange as some of the story sounds, I can't imagine this guy was "assassinated" as some people are trying to claim.

From my experience, they just tend to die off eventually. People get tired, have to eat, all that sort of stuff. The thing is, these aren't really riots directed towards the cops like the one I was involved with. It lasted the entire night and I remember people actually running out of rocks and stuff to throw. This is different to that kind of scenario. These are kids getting word over these social network bollox sites and they are just going about in gangs to take advantage of the mayhem and to just cause damage and loot. That is all there is to it. For riots to be sustained, it takes a group of people to actually plan and orchestrate it. The problem now, that these days the social networks are doing that. Once that gets out of control, well, you can see the results. It's spreading like a virus. The solution to it all is to cut the organisation out. Shut these social media sites down.

The problem where I come from it doesn't die out, it escalates even more to the point that militias deploy on the streets, close the roads by burning tires and not let anyone out on the streets and it stays that way for a week or even months. How to stop it is getting the army down and deploy in all the areas affected to stop it.

And so the jeremey Kyle generation runs amock. They need to bring back national service.

One good thing to come out of it. The England game must surely br cancelled. Police to stretched.
