On the right side in the red menu .....down the bottom,  click on Help

What I don't understand is that players like Gerrard have scored 4 points for someone and then 14 points for another person, what's that all about?

I think it's based on how many goals the team scored, MOTM, how many goals the team conceded, how many assists etc. If you click the i underneath each player you can see what they got the points for.

Gerrards my Captain and got 14, Whoevers skipper gets double points, but that still wouldnt explain why you only got 4.

Am getting the impression that most of us don't know the bloody rules! Feeling a today after celebrating Yakubu's goal on MOTD last night and then finding out he was on the bench along with Carra when i checked in with my team this evening

Is that right that the Captain gets double points? Apparently Paul Robinson is my captain

Still 18th isn't such a bad start all things considered.
