It could be a wait yet if a avourite doesn't get rolled over. I'll say this though, i'm going to avoid selecting man Utd for as long as possible out of principle, and if Spurs do beat Burnley at the weekend, I'm going to select from the lower half of the table for a bit. I might do Birmingham Away at Burnley the following week, Wigan Away at Hull, or Everton at Home against Stoke.

The week after at this stage I strongly fancy anybody who is playing Hull, and Fulham at Home should have far too much for Phil Browns men.

A possible modification to the system which would avoid everyone picking the same teams every week would be if you stuipulated that not only did you have to pick a different team each week, bu that you had to alternate Home teams and Away teams, or you got an extra point for an Away win, or both. Anyway, top idea it is DD and nice one for keeping up with it.

Not a bad idea Mick, I think the reason a lot are still in it is that usually a draw would knock a lot out. Unbelievably so far this season none of the current top 9 in the Premiership have drawn a game so far this season. Thats bound to change soon

You can see all the teams you (and everyone else) has picked in the opening post

So what happens if someone picks the same team twice by "mistake" ........ are they out ?

I think the 2 points for an away win would add a little interest. You would then get some people going for the extra point and those that just like to play it "safe". Especially as I have gone for an away win this week  :D I don't think we should be "forced" to pick away teams though Mick as the main idea is still to be last man standing.

Sticking my neck out a little here.

Ill go for Sunderland; purely a tactical selection.
