This year there will be a few changes to the game to make it a bit more interesting. The Good Yank is responsible for this so you can thank him

Interesting amendments, I'm surprised however that the most obvious factor hasn't been included.

i.e. the HOME and AWAY status. Surely picking an away team deserves an extra point ?

???

Don't rock the boat  :D

:D ,

OK, but surely whether a team is playing home or away has as much (if not more) relevance as to where it finished last season does.   ???

The points will not be based on last seasons table (only for the first week).

So for instance in the first round if i choose Liverpool and they win I will get THREE points as that's were they finished last year.

However, the following week before you choose your team the points will be decided on how the table looks that week, e.g. you pick Everton in week two. They were beat in week one so are near the bottom of the table. So if you pick them and they win then you will get SIX points.

The Premiership table will take a few weeks to settle so there good opportunity to score some good points.
