Cup of tea - How do you make yours!

Right as I have a new job, i have entered a new office and working environment!

Now I have noticed that the majority (lets say 90%) of the office make tea, by adding the milk at the end. Now personally i dont understand this, its weird, as I put my milk in the cup first, add the hot water and then dunk the teabag in the cup/mug/glass until it diffuses right through the hot milky water...It just tastes a whole lot better that way, but I seem to be in the minority (nothing new there then eh? :D).

Also I dont take any sugar in my tea, that is just nasty, again, i seem to be one of very few who do this!!!

So I want to know how do you lot make your tea: do you put the milk in first or to you add it at the end?

Also do you take sugar, and if so, how many?

EDIT - Also, what tea bag do you use too?   I use PG Tips, but do have a stash of Earl Grey for Sunday mornings!!!

:D

So you pour the water in, and the teabag is already in the cup?

That is just weird man!!!

Thing is when people who DONT put the milk in first drink my tea, they always say its the best tea they have had in a while!!!
Maybe thats my calling, maybe I should just be a tea boy ???

But then what if you want to make noodles or something?

An you cant heat up only water.... youd have to pour all of the tea out, clean it, then put the water in  :oh:
