Ive tried both

And they make me feel sick....

but most parents/older people seem to like it so was wondering was it me

I dont usually have sugar, but when im in work tired i can be partial to a lump or two :D

usually with hot water, milk and a teabag and when its one of my victims i use Anthrax instead of Sugar :D
