Was thinking of running a buster for the world cup in the summer - just for the fun - no money involved. 32 members for the 32 teams, each members will pick out a team and that will be there team for the world cup.

Bit of fun and when we are playing each other the slagging can start! If you get Spain then lucky you but if you get N Korea then maybe you could bring some weapons with you.


Obviously there will only be 32 places and im getting one because, well because I just am  . That leaves 31 places left and its only fair we pull names out of a hat to pick the players.

How are we going to do that? Well ive downloaded a program that puts all the names selected into a hat and takes out 31 random names one by one. Just to prove i am not showing any bias towards any members i will take a screenshot of each name i pull out and post a picture of it up here.

When the 32 players are selected we will decide who gets each team - havent figured out how we are going to do that bit yet 

So if you interested put your name up and into the hat you go.

A few years ago a forum I was on did fantasy football for Euro 2004 I think it was (the one with the Italians accusing the Danes and Swedes of contriving a 2-2 draw and that one where the greeks went and won it)

That was good that one, 40 transfers permitted and could be used whenever you wanted before matches started of course. I've seen other forums do fantasy football for World Cups, shouldn't be too hard to find one and have a newkit league in it (not with that name) I might consider doing that if I can be r sed
