Nine games remaining. AC Milan slipped up with a 1-1 draw against Napoli at the San Sario today to put them a point behind Inter, who drew 1-1 away at Palermo yesterday. I must admit, I saw the second half of that game and Inter piled on the pressure, willingly exposing themselves to counter attack after counter attack in their attempts to get the second goal. Strange though it may seem, even though they've only had one league win in seven, they looked to me like champions-elect.

Here are the two main challengers' remaining fixtures:

Inter
March
Wed. 24  19:45 UK  Internazionale  v  Livorno
Sat. 27  17:00 UK  AS Roma  v  Internazionale
April
Sat. 3  14:00 UK  Internazionale  v  Bologna
Sat. 10  19:45 UK  Fiorentina  v  Internazionale
Sat. 17  19:45 UK  Internazionale  v  Juventus
Sun. 25  14:00 UK  Internazionale  v  Atalanta
May
Sun. 2  14:00 UK  Lazio  v  Internazionale
Sun. 9  14:00 UK  Internazionale  v  Chievo Verona
Sun. 16  14:00 UK  Siena  v  Internazionale

AC Milan

March
Wed. 24  19:45 UK  Parma  v  AC Milan
Sun. 28  19:45 UK  AC Milan  v  Lazio
April
Sat. 3  14:00 UK  Cagliari  v  AC Milan
Sun. 11  14:00 UK  AC Milan  v  Catania
Sun. 18  14:00 UK  Sampdoria  v  AC Milan
Sun. 25  14:00 UK  Palermo  v  AC Milan
May
Sun. 2  14:00 UK  AC Milan  v  Fiorentina
Sun. 9  14:00 UK  Genoa  v  AC Milan
Sun. 16  14:00 UK  AC Milan  v  Juventus

Incidentally, Roma are four points behind Inter, whom they entertain this Saturday.
