Irregularities in the transfer market - The ban of rome

the Italian side Rome, has been banned from the transfermarket for a year. As I understand this means that they can`t sell or buy players during this period, this due to irregularities in the signing of Mexes. Are there anybody who knows exactly what kind of irregularities they made?

Maybe that should have been Chelski's punishment!!!!

its all bull

they banned them last year from buying players and they still got chivu  ???

That was to be my next post on this thread, what kind of rules could Rome possibly break that hasn`t allready been broken by Chel$ki  :angry:
