I support cardiff through and through, and there was recent post on a cardiff forum asking what is more important. It was sort of split down the middle. I voted country because I couldnt be any more proud to be welsh, but then people were saying that ccfc is the most important team to them.
Just wondering what is mroe important to you?

Depends who's playing. Let's face it the 2 teams are never going to play each other so you can suppoet the two equally imo. There is a problem with supporting the country in bigger countries like England, Spain France, Germany because there are huge social differences. I mean for example people in the North of the England don't care too much for those in the south ( correct me if I'm wrong). National pride in the footall team tends to be more prevelant in the smaller or previously opressed countries where people tend to have more in common

I am from Cardiff as well

Most City fans I know have Cardiff first and I assume its the same in England as theres a lot of internal rivalry thats never too far away when its the national team playing

liverpool to win the league or england to win the world cup?

Christ if I was a Cardiff city fan I'd vote for my country too (even if it was Wales !!!

Being fortunate to be a LFC supporter I naturally choose club over country (England)

it really depends on the moment.I was lucky enough to be in Paris for the Ireland match on saturday and it seemed like the most important thing in the world.This week though im back to being a Red, through and through.

Couldn't really give a monkeys about country - I'm half Welsh, half Scottish and have lived in England for the last 15 years so have no complete loyalty to any of them.

However I'd happily donate a fu*kin kidney to see LFC bring back the league title.
