Personally at the moment i much prefer la liga, filled with a lot of quality, pace and ability!!

The choice is yours!!

In this order

LA LIGA
SERIA A
PREMIERSHIP
BUNDESLIGA
LEAGUE DE FOOTBALL PROFESIONAL (or something)
and so on...

so I voted for la liga

by the way you should have put this in general discussion in football around the world not general discussion abou liverpool f.c. :)

SPL :D  (jk)
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Has to be between La Liga and the Premiership. Barcelona have been awesome lately so that could decide it. Im still not a massive fan or Serie A. Dunno why, its all class enough but it lacks the passion you get in England or Spain.

How strong can La Liga be when a Scottish team beats Barcelona and a French team beats Madrid?

The Champion's League final was between a side from Serie A and a side from Serie A, so it would be hard to knock the quality. We've had one (successful) finalist in the CL since it began, Real Madrid have won it three times.

Champions League Records (Last Ten Finals)

Most Wins (League)

3 Italy, Spain
2 Germany
1 England, Holland,

Most Finals (League)

7 Italy
6 Spain
4 Germany
2 Holland
1 England

Most Wins (Team)

3 Real Madrid
2 Milan
1 Juventus, Man Utd, Bayern Munich, Ajax, Borussia Dortmund

Most Finals (Team)

4 Juventus (W1 L3)
3 Real Madrid (W3 L0)
3 Milan (W2 L1)
2 Ajax, Bayern Munich (W1 L1)
2 Valencia (L2)
1 Man Utd, Borussia Dortmund (W1)
1 Bayer Leverkeusen, Barcelona (L1)

So much for the mancs being one of the best sides in Europe, their record begs to differ :D I think that illustrates how much stronger Serie A and La Liga are. La Liga has been much stronger over the last five years

Serie A vs La Liga

Wins in last 5 years : Serie A 1-3 La Liga
Finalists in last 5 years : Serie A 2-4 La Liga

Honourable mentions to the Germans who have managed three finalists in the last 5 years in spite of their league not being rated that highly

Yeah they have.It just shows what a remarkable job O`Neill has done to get the better of them with Celtic.

La Liga is my favourite, it is a lot more open and there are more than 2 teams that can win the title

The premiership is the best league in the world.

all of these foreign leagues are very similar (spain, france, italy) they play at a very slow pace and there is plenty of room to maneouver on the field!!!!

but when foreigners come over to the premiership they often find it difficult as our play is so exciting and fast paced. :D  :D  :D

i went on a bit there but i think you catch my drift................thats my view anyway :D

la liga just edges out the premiership for me. there's more quality teams in spain. over here there's a lot of dross outside the top three. believe me the premiership is the most EXCITING league in the world but it's not the best when it comes to technical ability. also the standard of defending is poor over here. look at chelsea last night when it really mattered.
