If you were to be handed the right to win one of the above, which one (and why) would you choose. Is the plain old Bread and butter of this club now become more analgous to a nice expensive slice of Tiramisu?  or are there still people that regard the English crown as their crumb of comfort...

The league without question.  It's been too long, it's the most grueling and therefore the hardest to win and it would prove that Rafa can cope just fine with the English game, thank you very much! :D

League. But now I'd bite somebody's hand off for a Champions League title again, to prove that Istanbul was no fluke.

Champions League.

For all the Mancs who talk about us not winning the league for sixteen years, I say we still have eleven more years before reaching the depths they did.

Has to be the league, simply for the fact that we haven't won it for so long.

If we had won the league as recently as the champions league though, I would go for CL. More prestige throughout Europe.

I want the league title personally.

However, look at this thread I started two years ago and you can see that it depends on the situation.  If we're in the semi final of the Champions League and are bobbing between 4th and 5th place, I say fuck the league placings and win the European Cup.

League.

With the "we won it 5 times" arguement we can shut up other english club's mouths for many years.

If we win the league, we'll shut up their arguement that it's too long without winning it.
