i just hope his wage demands put FSG off, i`d rather have someone like darren bent than walcott and i`m not particularly keen on him but at least he`s a goalscorer by trade, not a winger.

Darren Bent???

FFS lad, has the Downing disaster not taught you anything?

We don't need anymore over hyped, mid-table players.

Joe Cole during his stint at Chelsea was a very good footballer and a very important one, I remember when he tore United to pieces which saw Chelsea go on to win the league title. Our problem was we signed Joe Cole at the wrong time in his career, we should have signed him when West Ham were relegated from the League.
