Titus Bramble was going to sign for us, but midnight struck before he finished writing his name on the contract.

So technically, we have only signed "Titus Bram".

With the money he's earning and all the bird comin , who can blame him . I'm sure there a quite alot players do that. What he need is a great motivator and strict kinda manager to straigten him up(mark hughes).  Or somethin  like what wenger did to persie.

Can't wait to see what bigsam can do with barton.

Barcelona star Giovani dos Santos could be set for a move to the Premiership with an un-named English club, believed to be Liverpool or Chelsea, willing to meet the players £20 million release clause.

El Mundo Deportivo claim that a major Premiership club have contacted the young Mexican stars agents within the last week to inform them that they are prepared to meet the players release clause fee.

Wikipedia
Giovani dos Santos Ramírez [1] (born May 11, 1989 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico) is a Mexican football striker who plays for FC Barcelona and was a member of the Mexican National U-17 Football team that won the FIFA U-17 World Championship 2005 held in Peru. Dos Santos, also known as "Gio" or "Giova", was a key piece in winning that title.

Anyone know much more about him ?

He was absolutely brilliant during the U-20 World Cup this summer.  I'd rate him just behind Sergio Aguerro and Alexandre Pato as the gem of the tournament and he played a similar role: withdrawn striker/play-maker.  I think he'd be a very exciting signing for us.
