does it count then or not?

does the penalty only count for one swift movement and the keeper stopping it or does it continue?

I can see why it should be given but on the other hand I reckon the keeper's been hard done by on that one, given the fact he's saved the intial spot kick

I'm not sure but my interpretation is it counts.... it's basically like being deflected by the goalkeeper and then going in because the ball hasn't stopped moving yet.
