The Premiership - General Discussion

Postby LegBarnes » Mon Apr 13, 2009 1:37 am

Was watching sunday supplement this morning , they was talking about how the manc'slast season even tho there sucesses on the on the pitch lost 45 mil in there season.

They also note they are only managing to pay the instrest atm.

They hinted if this carry's on at this rate they could need to sell sooner rather then later.

Its great news for us if its spot on.

Happy days finaly the bullies in the prem gonna lose there grip.

There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

I think I saw the figure 1.1bn banded around. That's what they have to pay over he next x years, can't remember how many. This is why it is so important our next owners or majority owners have actual money to spare instead of just taking out loans.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

Bill Gates will buy them :(
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

I think if Bill Gates bought a football club then the sport at the top level would be forever ruined  :kungfu:

just tongue in cheek mate

basically what I was saying was that they are a massive club so someone with loads of money could buy them, need two or three new players and be guaranteed to make a buck in a few years
