RT @TimesSport: Harry Redknapp has told ESPN that rumours of him quitting #thfc are wide of the mark.

Sky Sports sources understand Harry Redknapp is set to leave Tottenham Hotspur after nearly four years in charge at White Hart Lane

er what sky mean is that they heard it on the bbc and reported it.

Hilarious how this has turned out. A few months ago he was nailed on to be the new England manager and now, seemingly because of the fallout from that, he's out of a job altogether

We did well to get B-Rod. Thank goodness we don't have to consider 'Arry.

Can you imagine the convsersation between Levi and 'Arry? 'What do you want 'Arry?'  'Lots of lurverley maney'. 'Pi$$ off 'Arry'.

I think spurs have made a massive mistake. Harry made them a great team and to be frank have made them more successful in the past few years than us with a lot less money.

Spurs are mad, he built a great team there and they have had a great season, if it had not been for a few bad games near the end they could have been 3rd.

its been a year of strange results in the prem but i am sure this is more to do with Harry and the England job than results.

Spurs are sure Roy will be sacked in a few weeks and Harry will take it, so they get shot of him now so they know they have a new manager for the start of the season. and not just as the season starts or a few weeks into it.

I think Harry's age had something to do with it. He's laid the foundations down for arguably a very good Spurs side, but Levy probably feels Redknapp has taken Spurs as far as he can take them and it's time for someone else to come in and breath a new leash of life in the old dog. I think it's a good decision, as long as they employ someone who can take Tottenham further.

LOL that was first thing that went through my mind. Well if Martinez is on the shopping list  as replacement at least Whelan can resurrect his stand up routine

I think its very good news for us.   I think players like Modric and Bale were already considering their options but their minds might be made up now with the manager leaving.

I hope they get Moyes.  He is a pretty average manager who'll f*ck up if he gets a chance at the big time.

I have to agree and not just that but most likely they'll lose momentum without 'Arry and slip down the league again. The fans won't be happy about this, it looks pure cash related.

EDIT: hang on, hary' playing the victim: 'Redknapp: 'finishing third would not have saved me'.
