Everyone's going invisible round here....
Ive had a really bad cough all this week, caught it off me bro who's had his for a fortnight....
Last sat he was having his hair cut and the barber said he'd had a bad cough and one of his customers recommended Manuka honey.
He said he never usually takes advice from customers but his cough was so bad that he went to Waitrose and bought a jar. He took it 3 times a day and very soon it knocked his cough on the head.
The only thing is it's about £10 a jar.
I laughed and said 'we won't be getting that then!'
But last night my bro (bless him) came in with a jar and said he bought it for me! Well we've both been taking it and I feel heaps better.
It's an antibacterial honey, soft and runny and sweet. We've been having it in hot water with sugar.
Don't mean to ramble on but I reckon there's something in that honey that really works.
I've been so ill and laying awake at night coughing and since taking this honey it's been a complete turnaround.
Although it's expensive, maybe it's worth it if any of you have really bad coughs you can't get rid of.
We were on our second bottle of Buttercup medicine, that I always buy for coughs as it's so good, but it didn't do anything for this one.
