Seriously wtf. I felt great about how we have played and think we can still win this but you guys are the biggest bunch of party poopers ever. It's a bit hectic because they're giving their all hoping to put on a good show for fans and manager alike. This is what they get for that? Come on. They will come out stronger in the 2nd half.
All things considered I'm glad they have put out this performance if they get a goal it'll be a big confidence booster for our squad players. SIX defenders are starting and N'Gog is our ST no one honestly expected us to score a lot and most probably doubted even playing this lineup.
Alonso didn't start because he has a knock on his ankle. Torres is tired as hell and making him to play 70-90 minutes would have been a big risk on his hamstring. Riera hasn't been playing well as of late so why play him. Kuyt sucks and needed a rest anyway.
