yeah, but it was that way in the last 2 games as well.

we've always been the better side, its just being able to score (while not conceeding) thats the problem

He is getting forward a lot and putting crosses in

you cant compare kuyt to gerrard .

Dossena - one bad cross and one bad touch other than that he has been solid in defense and has broken so many time on the left and put in a fair number of decent balls to reira and one cracking cross

Lucas - One bad tackle - baines made a meal off it but other than that he has got stuck in all game to the point they are fouling him like mad every time he nicks the ball of one of them plus winning numerous headers against afro head .

Kuyt - some great touches and early releases of the ball and kept possesion tidly yet he takes a shot on and is crucified cause he didnt pass .

but he has had some bad moments. That bad cross and he had plenty of time on it and towards the end under no pressure and he still loses the ball.

Anyway we can win this. I hope Gerrards not too badly injured, have they said anything about him yet? Hopefully Rafa will pull him out of the England squad. Queue Capello 'I will see if he is fit blah blah blah...' :censored:

spot on mate - need to get xabi on the ball a bit more and arebloa pushing up more . reira needs to be a bit more composed on the ball as well .
