Yep. Not that I am worried, we seem consistent with winning back to back penalty shootouts.

evening all not much of a game so far. own up ,whos taken a contract out on lucas to get unjured. hes got lumps kicked out of him in that half. was there any chances at all ?. looks like it will be 0 0 after penos.
shamrock rovers and liverpool are not a matter of life and death to me. they are much more important than that.

What an ugly game.  We can't afford extra time/pens everyone needs to step it up.

Maybe if he had of given it off early rather than take the shot they wouldn't have been offside. You can't say that Gerrard wouldn't have made more of that.

I'd rather Benayoun in the middle.

We were easily the better side, but its hard trying to play football when the other side are kicking you up in the air every couple of minutes.

Need to get Torres into the game somehow.

yep.

unless lucas gives away another freekick, or torres has a moment of brilliance, its not gonna go any other way

225 minutes so far this season and we still cant find that elusive winner

i think it is rather amusing that some people only post something negative about a player during the macth when they do something wrong but totally ignore anything they do that is good .

Dossena has played a very bad first half, it can not go any worse, hoping for a much improved second half

That's because some of the posters here are morons, looking for any excuse to find the scapegoat as they don't have anything to say but just want to up a post count.

We need to get at them more, get our right and left backs pushing up firther for more width and mix it up more.

Grow some grapefruits man, it's a derby match what do you expect? If our players cannot handle a bit of physicality then maybe we should sell them and sign real men, not nancyboys and metrosexuals.

Remind me again why it was a good idea to drop/rest/rotate him out of the next match? Have we finally come to the conclusion that we can't risk him two games in a row?

Mick He was the MOM also. I just feel this shows Benitez is cracking slightly and macking rash decisions.

Lucas to start?? since when was that a good choice.  ???
has he touched the ball yet?

has Kuyt put in a good cross?

we still look better than them all told.
