What, you saying that they might play the same team in two consecutive matches  ??? Don't their players get tired or something? Don't they have any options or possibilities?

That Scholari, he must be stuck in the 70's if he's even contemplating that line up.

Crazy innit?

If we're 1-0 down with two minutes to go against Chelsea and get a penalty, will htere be anyone in the ground who will possibly hope we miss it? <-I know someone will quote that line and call me a c... but it's not the first time (either that I've been one or been called one). A draw would feck us and them in all likelyhood, handing the title to the Mancs.

Any takers? No, like you lot I'd still want to avoid defeat and just cross me fingers that the Mancs fall in a hole. To tell the truth, even now I think we are the only ones capable of stopping them anyway, even if Chelsea beat us they ain't up to it.

Now that was bizarre. They played the mancs in a head to head must win Premiership game on the Sunday (which they won) and then played us three days later with just about the same team.

We took it into extra time but just when we were all waiting for those delayed gazelles to kick in, the culmination of ten minutes rest here, an hour on your erse there it just didn't happen. They looked fresh as diasies while we looked like we had lead boots on.

Couldn't fathom it meself.

Originally the Mancs ve Everton was on Monday night but it's been moved forward to Saturday night. Typical.

Hmm don't see how that is any sort of problem ?

I just hope everton can do us a favor for once ?

Not that I ever ask for it.

See how much pride they got won't we ?

Not likely for the Bitters to do us a favor, especially after Tim :censored: Cahill limped off against Arsenal after scoring the :censored: goal.

Very likely not to play against the Mancs.

Trust our luck ....

Go for it, its not as if we ever draw is it?  :D

If we get beat on sunday and the bitters knock us out of the Cup on wednesday things are going to get really nasty.

Matches between us and Chelsea are usually tense hard fought matches with chances at a premium and one mistake or one piece of luck or skill deciding the outcome. I think things may be slightly different this time. I think it will be hard fought but I think there will be a few goals in this one, I fancy us to win but maybe 2-1 or 3-1

Last chance saloon for us now, no more slip ups allowed.

Tough one to call.  But TBH im not too worried about the chelsea match i feel more nervous about portsmouth away!!! Heart says we will win this one 2-0 but head says sadly its going to be another 1-1 or 0-0 match..... I think lads we have to get used to these draws...
Thing is i dont know if we could win the league anymore and have my doubts but say if we dont win the league i would like chelsea to win it for sure. Dont want mannure beating our record even though i think they will....
So strange as this may sound but after our match would like to see chelsea winning!!!

If i got a dollar for everytime bigmick said " delayed gazelles"...i would be a millionaire by now....

A dollar for everytime "rotation" was mentioned....heck i would have bought LFC from beavis and Butthead.....hahahha

Just joking ... i am also with the "don't change a winning team unless necessary" stance ........ :p
