Liverpool eye Hatters' keeper
Dean Brill: Big chance.
Whiz-kid Brill goes on trial with Premiership giants
Premiership giants Liverpool are ready to take Luton's teenage goalkeeper Dean Brill on trial at Anfield.
Management at the Merseyside club are believed to hold the 17-year-old in high regard and are understood to be casting their eye over the youngster this week.
Luton-born Brill, who played youth football with Crawley Green, was in training with the Hatters as usual yesterday, but did not comment on the speculation.
An Anfield source said: "Liverpool rate him quite highly and he is coming up this week for a trial at the club.
"Liverpool don't really have a third choice keeper at the moment so they are keen to add to their squad.
"But they will have to make a decision in the next few days with the Premiership's transfer window not far away."
Hatters currently have six senior and youth goalkeepers on their books.
