Multiple posting etc - Keyboard ejaculations

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby JBG » Wed Aug 25, 2004 9:24 pm

There has been a lot of new members here since the start of the season so can I take this chance to remind people once again of the age old problem of multiple posting?

If there is already an active thread on a particular subject could people stop starting an IDENTICAL thread as this just bogs down the forum and an awful lot of good threads get lost forever in the mists of time.

For example there was about a dozen threads posted in the last 24 hours about last night's match, which is far too many.

Can new members (and a couple of older members as well!) try and not be so trigger happy with the "Post New Topic" button?

Excellent JBG.
Wondering if this thread can settle up here and perhaps you can add some other 'precaution' points.
Cheers.

People should use discretion.

We don't really want to delete multiple posts.
