answer is: let X be the number of leopards there are. So the Maxium number of spots a leopard can have is x-1. So if the Leopard with fewest spots have only 1 spot, then the next will 2, and so one, until you reach x-1. That will leave out one leopard, so he will have to have same number of spots as another leopard.

99% of one hour is 59 minutes.
1 minute + 59% of an hour=60 minutes.
