The man at the funeral is a grave digger and she knows that when her sister is buried he will be there, unless she is cremated and then she has murdered her own sister for nothing. Surely she could just hang around the cemetary and wait for another funeral, it seems a bit extreme to kill your own sister just to get your leg other with some strange bloke who, lets be honest, if he was interested in her he would have made some sort of contact at the funeral " sorry for your loss, heres my number " etc,etc

you do know that you get just 1 point no matter how good your reasoning is right?

Saint has got #2 right. while Redman was the first to answer #3 the EXACT same time as AndyG therefore both get a point each. Andy also solves #1.
