le bateau was/is on duke street - the home of voodoo for many years... and my home from home as well.

there was a door at the back of the upstairs dancefloor that led into a large disused kitchen. that was where our gang set up camp and got up to all sorts of silly behaviour.

anyway, here's another great track from way back then, pop pickers
