Then other people say Welcome and post negative smilies like this..

The bottom line is most people dont want the Judge up their jacksy and a high percentage are not thick skinned enough to take the initial banter!

Maybe you could start a welcome thread Dundalk with carpets and nice curtains and stuff!

btw im not accepting a pay per post contract, Even though i love this  place and the faith that mods put in me over last 4 years that I would be able to actually construct a post that made some sort of sense
