After spending more than 3 hours calling the phone line from Switzerland (very cheap operation... ), I finally got through just when only Adult/Child left!  I'm f***ing angry to have failed to get those tickets and for the next matches, I want to try also the postal application, to increase my chances to get any.

So, I'd like to ask you guys if you know if the postal demands are usually successfull or is there a ballot for them? How do you qualify the chances of getting tickets by this way?

well iam a priority ticket holder, and every home game i apply with my fan card in the post, i find trying by phone is way to long and by the time you get through is always to late. best advise is to apply for your tickets a couple of weeks before the chossen match by postal application, as in my opinion increses your chances of getting your ticket. i live quite local, soo dont no if the same rules apply in differant areas   good luck
