for me it feels almost wrong that we are getting so many new players. over the last few year you hear names being linked with our club but they never turn up.....till this year, we say the player that we like the look of and we get him....feels very strange...good but strange.

i hate it that so many transfer fees are 'undisclosed' now. I mean we know roughly what those figures are, but its a bit annoying. some press think we paid 4mil for Benayoun, some think 5, then was torres 18 or 20?

I just wish they'd say we've signed player x for y million, with the possibility of it rising to z million depending on appearances/success etc

yes i see your point. it can take a few weeks for the true cost to come out and what add-on's there are.

Don't forget that Lucas Leiva and Sebastien Leto are coming in as well.

We sold Cisse, and Hammill and Anderson are on loan, we also brought in Leto and Lucas, just they were agreed well before the summer like Voronin. and we got loads more youngsters not that they needed to be included, but why some and not others if you were doing the complete teams transfers of the summer 07 window

I think it feels strange that professional footballers now look young to me - how did that happen? in the 1980s they all looked like grown ups to me.

god i know how you feel on that one, even more so when i think young kids that strated in the 80's like Ryan Giggs and his football years are almost over.

Apart from Torres these signings are not making me feel optimistic at all... Come on Benayoun whats he going to bring to the club. Garcia was a better player..

Babbel whats he going to give us now, his own Ajax supporters can't believe what a good deal they have got. Stated that he is very overrated..

Veronin whats he going to do score 15 goals. Don't think so prob more like 6 or 7.

So it doesn't feel very strange at all!!

Likes of Queresmo, Mancini, Milto, Richards, These are the players we need. We supposed to have loads of dosh.
