The paypal acccount will stay live, but me and the boys will be looking to give what we have collected to the peeps in the shop on Friday of next week.

Cool!! I'll do another lil one next week then.

Then in the match, for each goal scored, you'll have an extra fee of 5 pounds each. So move the :censored: and train hard :D

The tournament was excellent.

The organisers over there presented Kenny (HJC Chairman)with a cheque for 600 euros, and we will be at least doubling that with the money we have reaised from sponsorship by the boys.

Unfortunately we lost in the final 2-1 so where runners up, but we will be looking at having another crack next year . . .

Thanks to everyone who donated, and I will get a total on here as soon as we all have the money collected in, which will probably be the end of the month.

Glad you & the boys had a fantastic time! after looking at the pics mate
makes me feel even more gutted i couldn"t be there, but i would love
to come out there with you all next year!
i"m so pleased about the cheque that was presented to kenny
that must of made the tornament even more special.
i just hope mate that the donations keep on coming on here
just because the tornament has finished, i hope this event
kick starts people"s enthusiasm to keep on donating, after
all the effort you & the rest of the boys have put in.
sorry you lost the final mate, how did the game pan out?
were you unlucky or just knackered by then.
once again well done Leon mate you & the all that took
part in one way or another are a credit to the HJC.

We were robbed.  We played the same team in the group stages and beat them 9 - 2.   Then in the final the rules got changed.

Sour grapes or what lol

Slide tackles where aloud threw out the tournament apart from in the final.  Also we scored goals direct from free kicks in the earlier games but in the final we had one ruled out because the ref said you have to pass it first.

If they spiked my drink I wouldnt of minded lol

Well just have to win it next year now.

(i hope that would be alright with all concerned) as i would
probably travel out there on my own,or hopefully by then
would get to know a few of you who will be playing out
there,or anyone else involved with organising events
for the HJC. next year "the sefton shed" will rule
in rotterdam!
