it would actually be 21 members, but i assume woof has discounted the mods in his summing up  :D

Erm , let me see , Judge plus three mormon goats = 4

21 minus Judge and his three mormon goats (4) = 17 .

Naw Judge , 17 it is , including the mod squad .
