Fkn banks. I spent 20mins on the phone the other day getting past all the new fkn security checks so I could get a new CREDIT CARD  because my old one was worn out (tired anyway) A further 10 minutes wasted explaining why I never use my debit card, so what do they send me.......A new fkn DEBIT CARD
