Whats the problem with our forwards?

Particularly with Gerrard playing in central midfield

So where was Gerrard against Blackburn? He played fine and dandy on the right last season. He can play the same way in the center as he does on the right.

I think he doesn't want to, he's being stubborn about it.

How does a player who plays on the right and scores 23 goals with countless assists overnight can't supposedly play in that position the following season?

He was in hospital with his baby all night before christmas eve, she was still in hospital on christmas day, they feared it was Meningitis again. Thats why he was awful against Blackburn in fairness he should have stayed home.

Dya know what right.

My grandma dyed the night before out last sunday league game and we were very close. I got man of the match and scored a hatrick in a 4-0 win. Best game i've played in a few years. So what kind of excuse is that please?

well... never said he was a waste on the right side...
just think that it serves the team better him playing in central midfield... flair and all !
his performance against blackburn and where he plays have nothing to do with the topic though !

Very bad post...ho ho ho!!

Our forwards have done nothing wrong when scoring when the team is scoring 3 and 4 home and away ho ho ho..then a very bad girl jumps on santas knee and picks on forwards...ho ho ho!

Why not pick on Crouchs lack of knowing he has no upper body strength and try to tell him to direct headers instead of straight at keeper??

Ho Ho Ho

No pressies for you next year Ciggy...bad girl...Ho Ho Ho :D

Sorry about your nan Stu, but if people are old you know they are going to die, you have no children so you could not possibly know the feeling of being in a hospital with your baby thinking they will die within 24 hours of Meningitis.
Twice Ive been to Alder Hey with Aaron when he was a baby and its the most devastating feeling thinking your thats it for your child.
Your bang out of order with your comments.
When you grow up and have children I hope to god your not in hospital all night fearing that your child has Meningitis and he/she could die within 24/48 hours.

Fair play to u str 18+5,but u know what,ur not gerrard and maybe u went on with it but he couldnt,u could get over it when ur grandma died fair enough but u cnt expect someone else just to be able to get along,if his son was in hospital all night,he would be worried and if it didnt effect ur football when ur grandma died well fair play to u ,

BUT IT DID TO GERRARD

Str come on what the feck you on about!!  Fowler was a top class player, was a top class finisher. But what you are forgetting he was!!

Today he just isn't the player he once was. Lacking pace etc.
He should be given more of a chance though from the bench, but all he is now is a bit part player. As for Crouch i think he has had it. He knows this as well, i believe he will be gone in the summer. We need another two strikers come the summer.  Hopefully Villa and Huntleaar. That should improve these chances we are creating. But then how do you keep Kuite, Bellamy, huntleaar, Villa all happy.

Its kuyts first season he`s been playing well, works hard, sets up goals and im confident he`ll have a good second half of the season.
Bellamy is just starting to show the form we know he`s capable of and Crouch was in great form scoring for club and country before he was droped.
We will need another at the end of the season to replace Fowler so im not sure Rafa would want to sell Crouch because then of course we`d need two.
Anyone know the Sinama situation, hear he`s been playing well?
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,

4 games we had scoring a total of 13 goals.... and now we just had one without any and suddenly we have a crisis again? Yes it was a bitterly disappointing game to watch especially since we had so many chances to score. But that's just the rub of the green. Remember against Watford Bangura missed a sitter, and then we went on to score and win it. Guess lady luck went the other way this time. What pisses me off is that Manure seem to have all the luck these days. I'm waiting for them to get their fair share of bad luck....

I cant see a Villa deal happening but would be more than happy with huntleaar.  His a class act.
