It depends. Some escorts are just women who escort you and some are prostitutes but just call themselves escorts to make it sound not as bad and more classy.

I've actually used them a couple of times (back in England) :blush:

after going out on a bender on a Friday or Saturday night with the lads. And on both occasions they serverd it up on a platter, but the girls did tell me that if thet didnt want too, then they dont have to. I dont know how the pay works out in those circumstances. If you can and it happens to be a Friday or Saturday night try and pull a bird down at your local or nightclub it maybe a bit cheaper than 150 pounds an hour.
