Sorry for butting in but, i have just pm'd one of the mods to delete a post that has been posted by a member on the Hillsborough memorial clip thread . I find it very distressing and insensetive to say the least. If you feel the same would you mind doing the same as me and get this clip taken off.

Good to see you back, S@int! - and I hope everything is ok with you.

Watched the film 'Closer' tonight (on dvd) as had the tv to myself.
But must say I found it an utter disappointment. Thought it would be romantic, but it was cold and clinical.
And I am sorry to say, Dawson, but it was the most boring film I have ever seen and I think it was an utter load of rubbish!!  :p
Have never seen Natalie Portman acting before in anything, she was ok as was Jude Law. Didn't like Cllive Owen.
Julia Roberts is one of my fav actresses and I thought she was as good as ever.

Nearly turned it off half way through, but hoped it would get better - big mistake!

The best bit for me was the song at the end which was really nice and romantic!

It had a good review as well, can't understand it. Guess it wasn't my kind of film.
My fav is Pretty Woman, nice and romantic. Last of the Mohicans, I also like.

Have you watched 'Closer' yet S@int. If you haven't I was going to say 'don't bother'.

But I think it is quite possibly more a man's film as it is sexually orientated.
What a waste of time. oh well, I suppose at least I've seen it.
And I know there will be plenty of people who do like it.

I  cant say I enjoyed Closer, it made me uncomfortable watching it.  It was interesting and well acted but perhaps a bit too depressing for my taste. Not a film for romantics. I will put this with " being John Malkovich" a film I am glad that I watched, but not a film I enjoyed or would recommend.(Waits for abuse from Dawson)

Just want to say, I'd forgotten what it was about really and Nat Portman's role in it, otherwise I wouldn't have watched it.
(Although, luckilly it didn't dwell on that too much.)

Fook me...I totally forgot about the prediction league for the last 2 sets of fixtures!  Dead last, as a result.  Just like the lads, I was hoping to be quick out of the blocks and now I have to play catch-up. :D
