I'm with most of the guys on here. I don't want to see this flea as a Red...I'd prefer to see just about anyone else or MO. :cool:

We are LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB.

Now i know some players are simply priced out of our league, and some are just over-priced (cough-bent) but We should be able to attract and buy some of the best players in europe. we should be competing with the likes of milan, madrid, barca for players not with the blackburns,wigans and the rest.

Can you ever imagine bellamy going to barca or AC milan? NO! He is not good enough. he is not good enough for LFC

Thing is though Gerrards not one of the friendliest people around and we have seen him loose his rag on a few occations with our little Luis and Cisse, imagine him and Carra and Bellamy

I was in Wales on the weekend and they showed a friendly between the Basque region of Spain and Wales. Nunez was playing remember him. It turned out to be quite an entertaining game Wales won 1-0 giggs scored. The main thing that stuck in my mind though was how well Bellamy played and also how determind he was. He was constantly trying to motivate the other players. I think there has been a big change in his attitude since he has played for Mark Hughes at Rovers and at the moment for the money i think he would be an excellent player to buy.

Spot on. (Hopefully, Ronaldinho has got a Welsh granny.)

I can see us buying a pacey striker (height not important as we've got Crouch who compensates), as can most people. Defoe is one obvious choice, but Bellamy is not dissimilar (and possibly cheaper). I reckon he could be accomodated in our system, but I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. We've been more than the sum of our parts at times since Rafa arrived. (I remember teams with Igor, Djimi and others actually winning games.) Teamwork is the key to this, and what Bellamy brings in terms of pace and finishing, he'd more than neutralize in terms of obnoxiousness.

yes but a different type of forward. crouch is a link man, holds up play, brings others into it, and nets a few. this is about a 20+ goal a season striker

Bellamy?

The basque selection (well sort of, because Xabi Alonso and the best players were not playing) played against Wales the other day. We were sh!te, but Welsh squad was sh!te too. Bellamy a red haired, neckless player, fought well, and he was a worker, but I truly wouldn't see playing for Liverpool, he's not that good.
