well, he's pretty much guaranteed a place after his goal against argentina. completely took them by surprise.

I think if owen is injured fowler should be called back up and start with crouch :D

and i think crouch should go but only as a sub for owen

The reason you don't think he's good enough is becuase you are comparing him to other strikers who have no similarities with him. Crouch is almost unique, as a striker there are few who are his size and play the same as he does. He offers something that no one else in the squad can offer - a target. And a Bloody big target at that! :D The fact of the matter is that he is good at his job and is good enough for england

If you go to the bookies Peter Crouch is most likely to be on the plane that any other striker. The odds are ridiculous - 1/40 on!

Rooney is having his foot examined by doctors on Thursday week (May 25th).  I wonder if he'll make a Roo-markable recovery?
