Robbie fowler - Have faith in god

The Premiership - General Discussion

Robbie Fowler seems to be making a comeback. Scoring 3 goals in his last 4 games, Fowler is repaying Keegan for his faith in him. Are the goals against Liverpool, Birmingham and Charlton a sign that he will hit the form that made him a kop idol? I've maintained that a run in the side to find his form and fitness would see Fowler back to his best, you don't go from being a great player to a bad player overnight.

Every time he nears fitness and sharpness he suffers an injury setback. I fear he may never be the same player again. Didn't his troubles start when Houllier arrived.........?

I think the best thing about Robbie is that he is seeming to do things his way. Be interesting to see what happens if man city go down, can you really see fowler and macca in Div1? Whatever they do good luck to them both i say

:D

his confidence is shot to pieces at man city but even at anfield it wouldn't be much better. his best days have gone. i'd take anelka back now though.

Don't want to disrespect a great player for Liverpol who along witrh Macca in the 90's, between them kept us in the prem !!! We were awful except for these 2 gems. However Fowler has lost his sharpness and ability to get in that right place. true he still scores with ease when gien the chance but his ability to get in that position in the first place is not what it was.......

I wish him well and thanks for the memories :)
