I'd personally nominate Wooly or Andy_G, both resoned in their debates, thoughtful, yet cooly incisive. Fair and balanced and great all rounders the two of them. Would be easier to make both one IMO (I mean instead of choose, that wsnt an order like!! :laugh:

).

If it was strictly footy based, then though Stu is good, he can just have a nuts day outta nowhere and there would be heaps banned!! :laugh:

But footy based I would probably go for our two resident guru's in Bigmick and John Craig.

And of course we need Sabre as the 'Official Liverpoolfc-newkit Correspondent' and Spanish (and possibly to an extent, I'm not too sure!) Portugese translator.

He can welcome opposing fans in their own tongue, yet explain it would be best to embrace the english language while residing here and not talk amongst themselves in threads, not out of paranoia, just they could be saying somehting interesting. And I am sure opposition fans would appreciate it and definetly come back and or recommend the site.
I mean we are gonna be playing so many teams, what with us going to be in the quarters/semis year in and year out in the CL.

A good mod, does not necessarily need to know about football. I think many of you would do well.

I like translating and giving the opinion of a simple Real Sociedad and Liverpool supporter, and I don't have to be mod for that!

I wouldn't like to be mod under any circunstamces. My mind would push me to be a good mod, and that means lots of work. I know it's selfish, but it's just nice to enjoy all your posts, for free and no duty. :laugh:

It's OK Phil - you have my vote!

I think it needs to be someone who is very proficient in computers - not football. The backend of the site, where the mods do theire business, is not for the faint of heart! I, myself as a MCP, would be an excellent choice!!!

Seriously, I do feel there needs to be at least 2, possibly 3, more mods. The volume of traffic on this site has surely increased as Liverpool regains it's rightful position in World football. One solution (not sure if IkonBoard allows it) is to nominate a mod for each section of the site; general discussion, main discussion, etc. I'm sure Judge or Woolly would just love to be the mod for the "General Chat Forum"!
