When it comes to keepers i should really keep my mouth shut.

Reina's been a quality signing. I wasn't sure about this at first but i have to hold me hands up. Superb. For me he's not far behind Carragher and Sami for player of the season, even if he did cost us the points against Brum

He seems to be comunicating fairly well with the centre pairing.

Agree with you stu. with pepe in goal I feel a lot more confident.

Just gotta ask though, you have two threads going with basically the same topic, are you worried he's gonna get dropped or something? u starting a PR campaign? not needed i reckon, the guy is solid.

He has looked a good signing though he looked a little dodgy at first but I put that down to settling in.

hes definately better now than when we first signed him, stilla bit flappy at times but what liverpool keeper isnt?

I would have said stu that theres already a thread on Reina but if you look who started it, then maybe it was better to start a new one

Oh f'uck , I suppose I'm opening myself up to a kicking here BUT for me Reina has looked a bit unsure at times ,especially on crosses . I honestly thought we were getting one of the "best keepers in La Liga" ,maybe his is/was but there have been a number of times when I thought he looked totally unsure,flappin and punching at the ball in a crowded box . I guess it's early days and if any player needs time to settle in and forge an understanding with his teamates it's certainly the fella that plays in goal .He's certainly brave ,has quick reflexes and reads whats in front of him very well . Why then am I not totally convinced ? . Guess I just worry too much .

I think he's been solid enough. Sure, he's flapped at a few crosses but which keeper doesn't. He looks confident and generally makes the right decisions, never looks nervous like Dudek.
