Try telling the clubs that shop in the lower leagues regularly! Zamora, Stead.................

You might buy youngsters from the lower leagues but in truth the youth system is failing if you need to. Just look at what we've bought from lower leagues and then I'll mention some names you will recognise - Carragher, Fowler, Owen, Gerrard.
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Well I definately don't agree with that but that's another debate.

On the question of Trundle, though I rate him as a good player he isn't one for us in my view. It's very hard to imagine him playing regularly in our team and the idea of him coming off the bench just doesn't hold water unfortunately. Fitness and physique are definately a problem for the fella and god only knows how big he'd get if he wasn't getting a regular start.
I would however fancy him if I was a Sunderland fan or maybe our friend the moosh from Pompey. FWIW I do believe he could make the step-up to the Premiership.

funny that bigmick. i was listening to the local football phone in up here last week and a sunderland fan was saying how they should go for trundle in january. apparently mick mccarthey wanted to sign darren bent and kenny miller in the summer but missed out on them both and ended up with jon stead and andy gray instead. it still amazes me that le tallec is not a regular starter in sunderland's side.

He would be a good signing...

To provide half-time entertainment

I rate him highly, is very skillful and full of tricks, but agree Swansea to Liverpool is too big a step for a 29 year old, but I'd like to see him playing in the Premiership, just not with us

Ideas?

Ideas

1) Go on a diet for my new years resolution

2) You are totally clueless

3) I might ask Father Christmas for a PSP this year as I have been a good boy
