We are champions of europe.... and that i will never forget for the rest of my life....

The thing is we don't only have the scums and arsenal to deal with....Spurs looks a much better team than us at the moment. And then there is charlton.

It seems that quite a number of teams have improved from last season...But we haven't.

In fact, i think we are playing worse than last season. We had quite a few great performance last season. (against arsenal, against chelsea {although we lost}, against WBA......).  This season......the less said the better .......

This is a good point. Other teams are now entering the fray such as spurs and charlton. Don't see Charlton maintaining there run but think spurs are building a pretty potent squad of players and don't think they will have a one off season like Everton. These teams should be no where near us but at least one could have a chance of pushing us out that top 4 on a consistent basis. IMO add Crouch to the likes of Ruddock, Dicks, Babb etc, all players who performed reasonably well for clubs lower down the league but are no where good enough to play for us.

Ps Any one calling for rafa's head is talking out their backside. However i would question some of his tactical and transfer decisions.

yeh but if we win our two games in hand we move to 16 points and in the chase again

AND for all yous who sed why is he playin kewell...because kewell is a player we need right now, sumone who an get crosses in the box,you cant expect him to be amazin on his first game back after a long time out.

It was a poor performance tho but saying that we had chances and we jus dont take them..in every game we hav dropped points we could have won if we took ur chances. But a still dont understand why he keeps playin ciise wide right when its obvious he is much more suited as a central striker.

Rafa will win the league with liverpool !!!!!!!!!!!!

The Manhattan Project wrote:I can accept that Chelsea are light years ahead of everyone in the Prem, but to lose to an average team like Fulham is simply not acceptable.

On Liverpool's official website, Rafa said that the lack of firepower is costing us dearly.

That's what happens when you sell Baros, marginalise Cisse, sign Morientes who apparently left his goal-scoring ability at airport customs, sign Crouch who doesn't even look as though he's going to score and refuse to sign Michael Owen.

If they don't sign a strong striker plus the defender and midfielder that Rafa wants, in January, then I'm afraid that it will be a poor finish in the Prem and NO Champions League football next season.

???

HE DID NOT REFUSE TO GET OWEN BACK!!! SOME FANS ARE JUST NOT ECONOMICALLY LOGICAL ENOUGH! GETTING OWEN FOR 16MILLION QUID IS LOGICALLY STUPID! WHEN YOU SELL A PLAYER FOR 8M AND BUY HIM BACK FOR 16M THIS MEANS YOU ARE HAVE NO SENSE IN BUISNESS WHAT SO EVER!

baros was :censored: E! he scored only 13 goals last season, and his form was :censored: E, plus right now with aston villa he is playing like C R A P!

ITS ONE BLOODY GAME! SURE WE HAD A BAD START! BUT RAFA NEEDS TIME! HIS CONTRACT IS 5 YEARS AND YOU SHOULD JUDGE HIM ON HIS 5 YEARS IN LIVERPOOL OF WHAT HE ACHIEVED! HE WON THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, WHICH IS ONE OF HIS BIGGEST ACHIEVMANTS! HE WON THE SUPER CUP AND NOW I BELIEVE HE WILL MAKE US CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD! ALL THIS :censored: IM HEARING ABOUT LIVERPOOL IS JUST ANNOYING THE HELL OUT OF ME! PEOPLE PLEASE BE PATIENT! IT ISN'T THE END OF THE WORLD! RAFA KNOWS HE WANTS TO STRENGTHEN! HE KNOWS WHAT HE WANTS TO DO! BUT ALL THIS CRITISICM IS BEING HARSH ON HIM, BECAUSE HE WORKED HIS A*SE OFF WINNING US THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND STILL IS! I KNOW HE LACKS EXPERIENCE IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE, BUT HE IS STILL LEARNING! HE IS STILL ANALYZING TEAMS IN THE EPL AND ANALYZING TACTICS HE NEEDS TO USE, WE ARE STILL IN THE REBUILDING PHASE!

GET YOUR F@CKING HEAD OUT OF YOUR 4RSES GUYS, we are the champs of europe, we have 10 measley points from eight freaking games, look at wigan in fourth place if we win our next to games were still behind them jeez, somthing is wrong in the club i dont know what it is, maybe a language barrier i dont know but if liverpool continue with this bullsh!t we will be lucky to make the uefa cup, sh!t guys we cant keep saying in rafa we trust or the players will come good, rafa has had a full season in charge of liverpool so he knows how the epl is run and what it is all about, we need to show our disapointment to the club and demand results and want results starting from the next game, this is bullsh!t i want to see liverpool win the title as much as you guys, but with the likes of crouch, josemi, moreintes, troare we have no chance and people dont bullsh1t me by saying these players are world class because they aint, i ust wish rafa would swallow his pride and admit even to hinmself that his present tactics and formations and team selections are cack, c,mon rafa sort this sorry team out and get us back to what we are and make anfeild a fortress.

i am 1 well p1ssed of fan and p1ssed off about some of you dull b@stards that thinks everything will come good through the system that is running at the moment. face it guys we are sh1t ATM.

:no

if you are truely red @ heart... then you wouldn't have said any of these comments!

it doesn't take one measly season to learn the EPL completely! He is still learning the physical side of the game. your saying anfield fortress? we are already! we havn't lost a game in anfield this season!

teams like wigan and tottenham are having a good spell and the only thing we can get above them is to beat them. We did draw spurs in whitehart lane, a decent result against a 2nd placed team right now! Benitez is trying his best, although we aren't playing well at the moment, we still can come good!

So how many goals do u think crouch & moro will get at the end of this season ? I don't they will even reach 10 goals....combined...

People keep harping on the fact the baros scored 13 goals only.....well u have to realise the reason why he only scored 13 goals. Just look at the service he got last season ? But he still managed to keep the opposition at bay, and created more than half of garcia's goals.....
