Gh´s reasons for staying?

Can anyone tell me what´s going on in the thoughts of gh?
It can´t be true that he is not leaving the club on his own decision. What does he think he can do in the future? Every credit he has ever had is gone for all time and the people hate him. So what does he think?

Gerard Houllier has done a lot for Liverpool Football Club.His form of revolution brought silverware and pride back to a club that was spiraling into oblivion.Many people think he has done all he possibly can for the club and it may need a new man with fresh ideas to take it to another level.We crave the premiership title,that has eluded Liverpool for 14 years now,and the growing feeling is that Gerard Houllier doesn't seem to be the guy who can deliver that "Holy Grail".
