It is 12:10 on Saturday, the 3rd of September, 2005. www.fifa.com, the official site of football's big daddy governing body displays it's world rankings. England are in at No.7... behind, at No. 6... THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!   :veryangry  :down:  :angry:  :Oo:

I can't quite believe that we, the English are behind a country who class "soccer" as their 7th most popular sport (and even then it's only for girls and kids really) behind American football, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Baseball, Wrestling (ffs!) and funking Lacrosse!!! I am Shocked and Appaled.

yes its due to us not playing many games, and we **** up in the dans game.
they should not count none comp games but they do.

i`m more shocked you take any notice of them mate.
the yanks are in there in 6th to try and get the population of america into footy and its a well known fact if the yanks aren`t good at a particular sport they dont want to know it so shudder the thought of putting them in their real position of 145th or something.
the brains at fifa think the average yank in the street is gonna see these rankings and think "yeah were quite good lets start a meaningfull league". its a pathetic attempt by fifa to get an invite into the biggest marketing and advertisement party in the world where the cash grows on tree`s.

Everyone knows that FIFA world rankings are sh1t, don't look too much into it. You can't compare USA to England. USA only have Mexico as competition in their group where it's a bit different for England.
