press the print screen button your pc (Prt Scr) when the scorecard page is there. Then you can past the image into a program like Paint, which you should have on your PC.

Save the image as a .jpg file (like cricket.jpg for example), it might initially save as a bitmap (.bmp), which most sites don't support.

Then use a free image hosting site like imageshack.us to upload it. It will then give you a url for the image to post on here.
