Well, although the original topic has changed a little bit after the appearance of tommo....Id like to say something about what this was about at the beginning. Now I wonder how am I received in this forum cos Id have never thought u consider Real Madrid this way.....as a LFC supporter (as my second team :;):

Well, you can be really angry for the final outcome of the summer talking about transfers but I think that if u see things from another point of view...they r not too unfair: Owen, though being a gentleman (Im sure people here will give him a round of aplause when playing here again) has just an interest this year: playing the world cup, and he didnt mind what club at; maybe the first option was Real, then LFC, and then whatever in the Prem...well, needing desperately money to sign a defender, and having both options,would u sell a player for 10 or 20? (just an example figure)....I know our chairman rite now looks a bit (well...quite) arrogant and maybe thats causing some kind of prejudice to our image all over the world but, for instance, here we also think the price for Morientes was just a joke...or, the general thought is that any player has a different price (higher) when its gonna be sold to Real(cos Barça is always trying to make them more expensive by offering anthing on the last minute).

Anyway, I am going to go on supporting LFC every saturday (also I have already signed a year contract with the cable TV company

) and i hope ur views about my club change a bit in the future.....I continue looking forward a Champ League final match against you.

Mate the comments are about your club are obviously not your fault, and your support for LFC is nice to hear and welcome.
The facts are though that Real Madrid have shafted LFC so many times that our supporters are a bit sick of it.
Obvioulsy real Madrid is a business and i am not naive enough to think you will do us any favours...but the luis figo thing was the last straw, he was a free agent until LFC show interest and then straight away a 2 million price tag goes on his head.
They seem to always try and hurt our club when entering any sort of negotiations.
