Sorry to say but I have just finished watching Liverpool v Sunderland, and we looked very ordinary. Missed far to many chances( although Cisse scored and should have been 2-0).

Most players looked out of sorts. Looked solid in defence and so we should against newly promoted opposition. Steve Finnan was man of the match for my liking. Sissoko didn't really begin to play until half way through the second half.

And last but not least for crying out loud SIGN MICHAEL OWEN, we need goals

I agree that Finnan was good, Cisse is a bum and should go home and weep tonight because he is :censored:

. Nando made no impact, Garcia lost the ball about 10 times (out of the 11 that he had).

How many dangerous crosses came in and luckily there was no one on the end of it. Sunderland had that one chance where striker (forgot name missed a sitter)

no dissapointing, but 3 points still i guess.......................

I'm happy with 3 points. Performance heck. 3 points and win is what counts.
Rafa should play Cisse at forward, not RM :angry:

3 points is 3 points but if we perform like that against decent opposition we will not fair as well. Garcia on for Gerrard was interesting. Garcia needs to be told to stop being a show pony and get on with the game

He has one pretty poor game and you slag him off. The guy has shown how committed he is too the club after coming back from a career threatening leg injury so quickly.

Give him a break ffs!

! Yes we played average, yes we should have scored more, but we won and i'm happy with that. I'm not going to judge our performance until 10 games in, but Rafa has more players to sign and we have 2 clean sheets.

yes,i've no complaint since we got the 3 points although we didn't put up a convincing performance.i think sissoko is awesome.

Even though we've won, but I am disappointed in our performance, We should be a lot more dominant than today when we are playing at home.

Here we ago again!! All the doom n gloom!! Ok It was not a great performance no team will play beautiful football everytime.Get over it!! Main thing is 3 points in the bag.Im happy!! :nod
