Cisse's a goalscorer. Putting him on the wing is not the best option. Give a chance upfront and he might bag a few goals.

Fu.ck signing Wiltord, I'm not up for that at all

He was on his way down at Arsenal, so what's he gonna be like a year on from that? Not good enough. He's wasn't even a great winger at his peak, just a forward forced to play out wide.

cisse is a temporary right winger for us until the new right winger comes in.
and i would of taken wiltord a few years back but not now.

good point cisse may be used as rw until we find one, like garymac said we dont pay 14 bulls for a pacy forward to waste him on the wing this will be short term :cool:

I'd had Cisse over Wiltord anyday, Cisse has pace and can whip a good ball in where Wiltord is old and has no legs.

Along with Wiltord we've been linked with Salihamidzic, who I wouldn't mind having on the wing. A better option than Cisse,Wiltord,Potter and Garcia put together.

IMO i think Cisse would do well on the wing for us ( if we can't get an out and out winger), got a good cross and obvious pace and can score goals. Certainly would push back the likes of Ashley Cole etc back to a more defensive role. Wiltord not the answer for me.

Where has this myth come from that Cisse doesnt score goal, you cant really count last season as he was injured from october, and as people say "you need 6 months to settle into the prem" This season he has 4 goals in 6 games and got 2 on the last day of last season which gives him 6 in his last 7 competitive games, and his last season in france saw him finish as top goalscorer......No doubt Cisse has the ability to perform on the right wing, and at the moment there is no one in the squad capable to do a better job, but its not what we paid for, if he wasnt gonna play upfront we should have sold him for 14 and got Jaoquin from betis or at least a winger worth that amount, and im not saying we should sell Cisse, cos in my opinion he would be 1st choice upfront with Crouch before anyone thinks thats what im saying cos i know how people like to misread things on here.......As for wiltord he was p!ss poor at the gooners at his peak, never mind having him at 32 looking for a bumper pension pack, and again, how long has wiltord been a right winger, in fact, whats the point of this fu*kin thread, ive just realised it makes no sense what so ever. :upside:
